Procedures, Terms & Conditions of computer services

 

This section explains how we choose dedicated IT solutions for each business and what are the terms & conditions of our computer services.

The procedure for establishing the scope of IT services:

1. Determining customer needs by infrastructure audit, security audit and discussions on plans and customer’s wishes.

2. Analysis of recommended solutions and expert advice

3. Implementation of the developed and agreed systems


Please read the rules of our computer repair services:

1. The cost of repair includes travel to customer’s site and diagnosis.

2. If you choose not to proceed with the service after diagnosis, you are liable to pay £30 towards the cost of diagnosis.

3. The cost of repairs does not include replacement parts, unless agreed otherwise.

4. PCfish is not responsible for any data and programs left on the hard drives of repaired computers. We may make a copy of your data if requested or the client secures the data itself.

5. The warranty period for repairs performed is 30 days. The warranty does not cover the repair of equipment in case of misuse, lack of maintenance or repair not authorized by PCfish. The guarantee is limited to a defect that was corrected. If your computer will not work properly in relation to another defect, then we recommend using our services again. The warranty does not apply to repairs associated with removal of viruses.

6. Repair time is agreed over phone and may change for technical reasons within or beyond the computer repair. Client will always be informed of the delay in repair time.

7. Service guarantees the confidentiality of the data on media supplied with the hardware.

8. Service reserves the right to return the equipment to the customer when it cannot be repaired due to lack of available parts, and other factors beyond the control of PCfish.

9. If customer decides to cancel the repair after computer was delivered to the service, the customer will be charged with the diagnosis cost and the cost of the parts that were already purchased for this repair.

10. Receipt is a document that allows the collection of equipment from service and must be returned to our technician upon repaired computer delivery.

11. Each customer using our services is required to become familiar with these rules. We understand you voluntarily accept the above terms while using our service. This is also the agreement on the basis of which computer repair service is provided and it regulates the rights and obligations in this respect.
